Mixed Merchandise Shipping
When your purchase includes both In Stock Merchandise and Pre-order Merchandise, we typically ship out the In Stock portion partially. However, if the Pre-order items are expected to arrive within 7 days and the value of the In Stock portion is less than $15, we will wait to ship them together once the Pre-order items are in stock.
Processing Time
Delivery time = processing time + stock arrival time + shipping time
Stock arrival time is the main waiting period. This includes official merchandise pre-orders, which typically take around 90 days for delivery. However, if we are sourcing brand new merchandise exclusively for you, the procurement time can be expedited, although it may still require approximately 7 to 30 days.
Once all your ordered products have arrived at our warehouse, they will be shipped together. You will receive an email notification once the shipment is dispatched. The estimated delivery time from the warehouse to your location is approximately 5 to 15 days.
We strive to minimize the overall time required, and we are constantly working to optimize our processes for faster delivery.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When we ship your order, you’ll automatically receive a notification email with your tracking number.
Please note you should receive a confirmation email shortly after placing an order with us. If you don’t receive one, please check your spam folder and mark our emails as “Not Spam” so you can receive future emails from us. This is especially important because if you don’t receive an order confirmation, you also will not receive your shipment notification and tracking information.
If you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
